Sandpit Studio is the home of me, Robbie Stamp, aka Cyclick Bob, aka Switchdoctor. I engineer, mix, occasionally produce, play bass/guitar, build/repair analogue audio equipment, review gear and write the odd feature for Future Music, create samples (Cyclick Samples, as featured in Future Music and Computer Music) and make endless spreadsheets for acoustic/electrical calculations because…well, why wouldn’t you?!

The studio is in its third premises in Bristol (the first was in Bath and the second was a short-lived loft space in Bristol) and is currently under construction. The control room is finished (all bar some cosmetic stuff) with the live space build currently underway.
